We strive to maintain best practice safety protocols on all projects. We are extremely proud that our in house Safety Management System recently achieved an A rating under the internationally recognised Safe T Cert standard, which helps to demonstrate our long term commitment to ensuring the safety of all employees, third parties including members of the public. Safe-T-Cert was established in 2000 by the Irish Construction Industry Federation (CIF), and Northern Ireland Construction Employers Federation, with support from the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH).

The scheme was set up to assure clients that certified contractors have an effective safety and health management system, as well as with the expectation that insurance companies may look favourably on contractors who have taken a pro-active approach to risk management as demonstrated through the achievement of Safe-T-Cert certification.

In addition to formal recognition within the construction industry Safe-T-Cert is:

• Recognised in the South & North of Ireland, and in the UK by the Health & Safety Executive;
• A process in collaborated on with the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH);
• Accepted by the International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA);
• Based on International Labour Office guidelines on Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems (ILO-OSH2001);
• Included under the Competence of Contractor criteria in the HSA guidelines to the Construction Regulations 2006;
