Refurbishment of Existing House.
Including demolition, groundworks, and new build.
This project undertaken for a private client consisted of the demolition of the existing house, including all temporary works.
The ground work phase of the project involved extensive piling and excavation works to form a new basement level cinema.
The new build element involved the construction of a double story private residence, finished to the highest standard throughout.
